In December, IRCC conducted the first two Express Entry draws, targeting Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates and those with French language proficiency, consistent with the trends observed in the previous two months.
In November and October, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 5,507 and 5,961 invitations, respectively. These were spread across six draws, with a focus on PNP and Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates, as well as those eligible for category-based selection.
